The School of Computer Applications, in collaboration with OITS, IEEE Bhubaneswar Section, and the IEEE Consumer Electronics Society, KIIT Deemed to be University, successfully organized the 23rd International Conference on Information Technology (OCIT 2025) from 18th to 20th December 2025.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by eminent academicians and industry leaders, including Prof. Sudeep Pasricha, Colorado State University, USA; Prof. Saraju P. Mohanty, University of North Texas, USA; Prof. Deepak Puthal, UAE; Dr. Kumar Gautam, Founder, Quantum Research and Centre of Excellence & Egreen Quanta; and renowned spiritual guru Swamy Prem Anveshi. The occasion was further honoured by the presence of Mr. Sabyasachi Hota, General Manager, OCAC, along with the senior leadership of KIIT Deemed to be University, namely Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Honourable Registrar, KIIT DU, and Prof. Veena Goswami, Director General, School of Computer Applications, KIIT DU.
The distinguished speakers delivered insightful talks enriched with state-of-the-art technologies and cutting-edge research, opening many challenging research problems to young minds and inspiring them to explore innovative solutions. Along with technical excellence, the conference also emphasized holistic development, helping participants stabilize their mental and emotional balance.
